I have had easy ordering and delivery but one tire was defective I had to pay for a extra mount and dismount and the first representative said it was taken care of I waited a week and a half with no word called a second time and had to send pictures to complete the replacement not sure why I wasn't told that the first time
But overall it's been good with the past 3 orders

No issue with tire rack.com they have been helpful in every way possible I appreciate their expertise and knowledge in the product. However I went with the recommendation of one of their installers quote Firestone in Happy Valley Or on 82nd Ave Avoid this location at all cost and read the reviews, the low stars are most accurate in the business they practice. I have purchased 3 sets of tires from Tire Rack in the past 30 days and will never use Firestone again! The workers in the shop are great job well done for them doing as they are told, but the constant upselling inside and lack of consideration of your time and miss quoting and up charging is beyond ridicules and when brought to their attention they absolutely defend the practice of what they are doing. Tire rack is super easy to navigate, lot of tire info and compare options. Great prices and easy to navigate, buy, and ship with lots of installation options.

Tire Rack just gets better and better. They outclass every competitor with better or equal pricing, but also so much more. Free delivery, installer matching (used to be such a dilemma to order tires online and then walk into an installer with them. There was so little incentive for the installer to install tires they didn't sell you. Tire Rack has solved that problem. Also, when Tire Rack says they have "consultants" rather than sales people manning their call center, it's not a gimmick. They are so knowledgeable. In fact, more than once I've been talked out of buying tires. I drive an M3 and I have maybe one or two track days a year. Tire Rack talked me out of super expensive racing tires, opting for Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires instead. Buyer's remorse? What's that? I have never for one second regretted contacting my "tire consultants" before making a purchase.

Replacing stock tires on 25 BMW Z4 M40i after only 12k miles the rear tires are almost bald. Have used Continental DWS 06 tires on previous vehicle so that's what I want. Was able to find them. 4 inches wider than stock and have local BMW dealership install.

I've used them in the past. You can always find highly rated tires without driving all over town and saying the same thing to salespeople trying to sell you what they have in stock. Also, the prices are almost always lower than the tire shops

There is information for Wheels regarding Offset, but not what Standard or Ideal should be if it really matters when putting together a Tire and Wheel package. Also, it would be nice to know if special lugs and centering rings are required while selecting vs after.

My local Firestone shop wanted $200.00 more for just tires and new TPMS sensors. With Tire Rack I saved some money, And got new wheels.

Other dealer had a 4 tire rebate on Perrelli of $120.00 but not Tire Rack. Spoke to sales very nice his name may have been Gabe, but no rebate. Still ordered tires as time is money but disappointed. Thanks

I used to use Tire rack all the time. Then there was this one time that I was denied a warranty 3 times. I almost gave up but I didn't. The next time it was approved and then I switched to discount tire for all my needs. Now you guy bought them out so I just hope it doesn't go downhill. Only time will tell

The installer I am shipping to is not listed. I called them and they indicated there have been issues with website. Slightly challenging to figure out how to ship to preferred installer, but figured it out.

Never had bad experience with tires, not happy with pressure sensors one didn't match other 3 never could get a matching one last yr and one of the ones I got is not accurate

Well I am back for more because the process is just so easy here! They make it very easy to navigate around and compare tires.

The only thing that detracted from the experience was that one of the four tires was 42 weeks older than the other three tires and was pretty flattened from sitting around in a stack of tires for so long. Made it a bit challenging for the installer.

I have bought tires several times over the years from Tire Rack. It is very easy, they are delivered fast, and I get the tires I am looking for.

My tires were ready for pickup at your warehouse in just a few minutes after talking with the friendly person in the office. I loaded the tires in my car and off I went. A super experience.
