Installer was not prepared or coordinated with Tire Rack. Installer took over 6 hours to install 2 tires, even though we had an appointment and almost installed wrong tires, since it didn't know the delivery was for my car.

The tires for my 2018 Ford Edge were delivered to the dealer, only to find out I ordered 20" tires instead of the correct 19" tires! I contacted Tire Racks customer service who walked me through fixing the issue. Within 3 days, the correct tires were delivered and the other tires were sent back! Excellent customer service! I will definitely order from Tire Rack again (but I'll make sure to order the right size the first time!)
