The shop that we shipped the tires to refused to put them on the truck. They said the tire label inside the door did not match the tires we ordered. I pulled out the owners manual from 2003 and it shows 3 possible tire sizes that fit. The P245 that we purchased was on the list. I also called Toyota of Temecula and gave them my VIN number. They said yes the truck originally came with P245. Big Brand Tires has a strange policy or they did not want the work. I drove down to Tire Pros and they installed them in good time.
It was cool. There were variables I had to consider for OE size. But I went with best fit for my purpose
The website was easy to navigate, fast easy check out and my package was on time!
So far so good... Looking forward to trying these tires out this winter.

Quick selection and ordering process was easy. My installation price was higher as installer said they had notified Tire Rack repeatedly their price had increased. Only $20 more but still irratating.
It was frustrating that your mobile installer was not available. Even worse, this was a replacement for a tire with a manufacturing defect, your warranty claim process is extremely difficult to navigate.
