I placed an order or front rotor brake discs for my 2019 Subaru WRX STI and upon received the rotor discs I proceeded to paint the hub portion of the rotor discs and when I went to install one of the rotor brake disc for some reason the pads did not fit correctly on the caliper so after a while of trying to install the brake pads, I decided to contact my mechanic to have him to do the job. Then I received a phone call from my mechanic to inform me that the rotor brake disc did not have the same size of the originals rotor brakes discs from my vehicle. In other words I received the wrong size of rotor brake discs.
Amazing service for processing my claim. Easy to order new tire and setup mobile installer to come to me!

When the white wall tires I wanted weren't available, the agent directed me to an alternative. Only when they arrived, they weren't white wall tires, which I needed for my classic car. When I contacted Tire Rack to resolve the problem, I was told they no longer sold ANY whitewall tires and I would need to pay to return the black wall tires. Why didn't they just tell me this upfront, then direct me to a retailer that sold white wall tires? Tire Rack waived the return shipping fee as a "customer service" but the right thing to do was to not sell me tires I didn't want in the first place.

Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.
