Tire rack provides good selection and convenient web interface. I have purchased Blizzak tires for multiple vehicles over many years. Today, I purchased 2 rear tires to replace ones that showed signs of tread separation after only 5 months of use last season (255/40R-19 BRIDGESTONE BLIZZAK LM005 XL). Blizzaks continue to be highly rated, so I'm going to try again and hope it was a quality blip.

Called customer service on a Saturday morning and got the most pleasant and knowledgeable lady on the phone. She confirmed that my issue was covered under the insurance and sent me detailed, easy to follow instructions to get authorization to replace the tire. 15 minutes and I had a new tire on the way to the installer. Best customer service I have had in any venue in the last year. Well done!

I once received a tire with a hole in the sidewall. They replaced it free. Just an inconvenience

Ive bought a few sets of tires through tire rack which has been fine. I recently ordered a set of wheels and tires mounted and balanced and it saved me from having to go to the shop to have them installed. Just received a set of shocks as well. Having other parts besides only tires is nice and the promotional financing through their credit card has helped me a couple times when i had an emergency.

I have used Tire Rack many times over the years and they make tire and wheel buying a breeze. Keep up the great work!
