Long story short, I ordered the wrong tires and need to cancel and reorder the correct tires. Bruno and the customer service folks handled everything flawlessly. This is why I continue to do business with Tire Rack!
I ordered four tires last week, but the fitment was incorrect. I returned all four, but only received a partial refund with a $60 shipping charge. I expected a full refund since the fitment issue was not my error. Please assist with resolving this.
