On-time - good price- excellent price and service...

Shopping for winter tires and new rims in a size we were pretty sure would work but that wasn't among the options Tire Rack had its challenges. We had to overcome the system's desire to give us staggered sizing like our non-winter tire setup. I had to place the order as if I was ordering four rear tires. After ordering, the tech apparently decided there was a tiny risk of our chosen size rubbing in the wheel well. In the end, we ended up ordering one of the Tire Rack-recommended wheel/tire combos because it just seemed to risky for even the tiny chance of the rubbing occurring. I'm doubting we'd have been able to return them and would probably have to live with it. We are happy enough with what we got (so far - haven't installed them on the car yet) although we ended up spending about $200 more than we would have with our first choice.

Service tech we communicated with on the phone (Art) treated me like an intelligent person, gave me info, and let me make our own final decision without pressuring me. He was really good.

They shipped the tires that I ordered quickly, no drama. They were both black and round, as advertised.

Fast, efficient, on time. Will use again. Nothing more to say.
