My only disappointment was the tire installers. They misplaced one of the tires and took hours to locate it and after the installation I noticed all four of the custom AUDI valve stem covers were missing. They didn't offer to balance the tires after installing them and there was a whirring that I had to take to another tire center. They fixed the problem.
