I love the service, but the menus are buggy, laggy, and confusing. This has been an issue for years. It's a problem in both mobile browsers and PC browsers, though it's worse on mobile.

Best place to get tires online. Shipping is fast service is excellent. They even called me to make sure whatbi ordered was correct.

Ordering the tires online and having them delivered to place that will put them on my car is very convenient and super easy. The customer service department is also exceptional, about 5-6 months after I purchased the 4 new tires, I ran over something in the road and unfortunately ruined one of my new tires. I was ordering another new tire when I remembered that I had road hazard protection so I called Tire Rack customer service and the representative I spoke with was very patient as he walked me through all the steps and helped me submitted all of the proper documentation/pictures needed to ensure the new tire would be covered by the road hazard protection plan. I am so grateful for his help because prior to speaking with him, I had no idea how to start to submit a claim for the road hazard stuff and had he been rude or unfriendly, I probably would have just bought a new tire and not bothered with trying to submit a claim and never order from them again, however they exceeded my expectations and I just placed an order for 4 more new tires. Thanks so much!

I know I'm getting first quality products. Customer reviews, field testing, and customer support all help in choosing the best products. Delivery is always fast. I've ordered tires for a fleet of vehicles over more than a decade without issue.

Kept me informed about my order and delivery. My only complaint was that Firestone didn't call me when the tires arrived and after I called them they found the tires stacked up in the installation area. Then they called me and said the car was ready to pick up. I picked it up and drove straight out of town for the weekend. When I stopped for a break on the way home I noticed my OLD TIRES were still on the car. I had to take it back to Firestone, then they had to find the tires again, and finally installed the new ones. I don't trust Firestone. I wish Tire Rack would find another installer in my area.

Always fast shipping and a fair price. Ordered the wrong size my mistake a few years ago and they swapped it out at no charge including shipping. An excellent company to deal with. I alsoI appreciate the review and technical videos.

I was referred to Firestone for installing new tires, you may want to have a discussion regarding your partnership with them they treated me horribly and charged me for things I didn't ask them to do.
