Smooth transaction and plenty of information about all your tires. Feedback is one part I really check out b4 buying.
Tires were great quality. Only issue was they delivered a day later then they were supposed to be. What's worse is they were in my local area on a truck somewhere by 4 a.m. Yet they still couldn't get them here on time.
Previously I bought tires at Tire Rack and had them shipped to a local tire store for installation. No problems was much cheaper than dealer or local dealer for the tires
In my previous order, I ordered 4 summer performance tires and used Tire Racks remote installer. They only installed 3 of the 4 tires. I only noticed this 6 months later when I swapped the summer tires out for winter tires. When I contacted Tire Rack about the issue, they didn't do anything about it and told me I had to purchase another tire. I'm still pissed about this.
I have bought so many sets of tires from TR, for Japanese, German and Swedish cars I've owned, I lost count. All Season Tires, Winter Tires, you name it. Always great service and selection. Thanks!
