I thought I ordered my tires already, but they didn't come today. This was surprising, so I checked my orders. Nothing. No record of any order.
Come to find out, your idiotic checkout page had stopped me because I didn't click 'no' for whether or not I wanted your newsletter. I had to go through all the checkout process again. Truly terrible.
