It absolutely infuriates me that the DEFAULT shipping option is to send the tires to one of your "preferrred" installers. The DEFAULT should be to ME, and then I should be able to select an installer if I should wish. If I were going to have someone else install my tires, I would not be buying from The Tire Rack; I'd just drive over to a local tire shop!
