Don't talk to a person who has had to resort to selling tires to make an income. Shop from the comfort of your couch instead. THEN take the tires to that person to mount them for you.

I bought 4 tires for my Audi last year, and have never received my $150 rebate card. The tires are good, I bought them instead of a different brand solely based on the rebate, the performance looked to be the same.

I did select for my tire and wheel package to be mounted and balanced, but there was nothing in the checkout that confirmed this. I am a bit worried about this.

I always hated going to tire shops, it feels like a battle to get the tires I want, especially with a high pressure salesman pushing a specific brand instead of what's best. Also things like refusing to sell or mount out season tires (like if I have a flat and need to get home late in the year, to swap to different wheels)

I used to just roll on bad tires until I absolutely HAD to deal with someone. Now my car is always on safe, newish tires that I get at a reasonable price. All my tires come from you guys, I always have fresh brake parts, and I don't have to worry about arguments over really wanting the tire or not. You guys have been great.

Excellent. I needed to return a set there wasn't what I wanted, tirerack.com made that easy. They also replaced damaged tires for free under tree road hazard warranty that comes included with every purchase.

I came back to tirerack because the last time i needed tires i found what i wanted at a price, shipped to my house, even a local retailer couldn't match. Would be silly to even look elsewhere!
