I usually have the tires delivered to one of the body shops that I deal with or repair shops but this time I am buying these in advance so I'm just going to keep them around for a bit. Generally solid, however last time I tried to submit a road hazard claim customer service was fairly rude. Everything went through and so I figured I'd give the company another shot, but if the customer service continues to be lack luster this will probably be my last time using the site.
We have been purchasing all of our tires for our Volkswagens for the past 8/9 yrs and Tire Rack has come through with the best tires for our cars and seasons.
Seems backwards I should have to pay for replacement tire up front after filing claim when it is supposed to be covered by road hazard
