I have now bought a total of 7 full sets of tires from Tire Rack with installation; good prices, products, and shopping experience, but their installers have messed up my vehicles about 50% of the time. It seems that I always leave with extra dings/damage to rims, or tpms sensors that worked before installation, but magically didn't after? Too many times to be a coincidence... "You got a free tire because the bead ripped - no charge!" Yeah, that means that my tires are not equally worn now and you are trying to cover up a mistake.
