Have always had an easy buying experience with Tire Rack. Delivery is fast, good selection of tires, and tire reviews are very helpful. Road hazard warranty is a bonus.

Last week I made this order, it was to be delivered today, paid by PayPal. Today I went to see what time it was being delivered and no order shows up anywhere. All of my email was erased from my phone beyond 3 days and nothing showing for order from PayPal. Evidently when I hit pay with PayPal, all the extra hoops you have to go through I did not finish the order.
So maybe you guys should make this ordering online a little easier and less b.s. I should not have to enter my address and phone numbers 3 times when it is correct on my account page.

Tire rack makes the process super easy, super simple (especially with staggered fitment), and is the best value on the internet. As a bonus - in Northern CA they deliver faster than Amazon with the Sparks NV warehouse.

This is the second time I have placed an order for tires on tirerack.com. It was very easy, and the tires are delivered quickly so I can get the work done.

Keep up the good pricing, thought the merger with discount tire direct would be more expensive for customer but was pleasantly surprised!

Also easy to order and good selection. I'd like to see country of origin for each tire so that I can avoid Korean and Chinese made tires as they are inferior.

The customer service people are AMAZING. Never on the phone for more than 5 minutes and they make it right.

Numerous reminders via text and email reminding me of my appointment for tire installation. Upon arrival at the installer, the tires were not there. They arrived about 1-1/2 hours after my appointment. Then I had to wait another hour for a new appointment. Suggestion - call the installer before leaving for the appointment to see if they have the tires, do not trust all those computer generated reminders.

Easy to order tires with all the information, at hand. The site is helpful and easy to navigate.
