I ordered a set of snow tires for the 18" wheels I run in the winter on my 2020 STI. No problem. Went to do the same for the 15" wheels I run on my girlfriend's 2020 Bolt and Dunn Tire did not show up as an option. I wanted to use them because they have the same parent company as Tire Rack / they offer free rotations for Tire Rack orders. Contacted support, Adam was less than helpful. At first he claimed that Tire Rack didn't own stores. He didn't appear to know that Discount Tire, which has stores, owns both Dunn and Tire Rack. He suggested that I call the store, and didn't care that I had tried that and they weren't answering the phone.
If this was my first experience with Tire Rack, it would have been my last. Fortunately I have had many good experiences in the past.
I've never had a problem with Tire Rack. Keep up the good work!

Tires were delivered on time and bought them for a good price. Also like the free tire hazard warranty.
I bought some tires because they have high specifications and good reviews. However, after I installed them I discovered they were really poor in terms of stability and handling. I was shocked and replaced them immediately with other tires which cost me two installations instead of one.
