Selected Discount Tire installation, it was 108$. Went to lunch, came back to finish the transaction, entered all my details, it says session expired start again. I had to re-enter everything, and the installation doubled in price. So I chose independent installer, on which was the same discount tire, for the original rate of 108. Playing games with pricing reflects very negatively on my brand perception. NPS 10 -> 5
