Firstly, I got an email from you guys after 2 days that my Credit card declined. I called and gave a new card but that declined too. Bank said you didn't enter my security code right. On 3rd day, you automatically fixed and shipped my tires.
Secondly, Discount tire fee, and scheduling breakdown feels shady. It doesn't feel integrated at all and that's not confidence inspiring. If I had the choice, I'd buy my tires from Costco. It's about trust, and so far I dont see it.
