The first time I used tire rack, I ordered a wheel and tire set. I received my order the next day.

Order arrived quickly and was correct. Good deals on tires.

My order of wheels and tires came early in the day and they were well taken care of.

While it's not quite as convenient as driving to my local tire shop and just buying tires the normal way, I prefer to support all the work TireRack does in helping people to select the best tires using all the ratings and reviews they compile and provide. While I could use that information "for free" to select a tire and then go buy it locally, as a former autocrosser I appreciate TireRack's support for the sport and want to continue to support the ratings and reviews they provide, so I continue to buy from them. Being able to ship direct to a local installer, and get costs and reviews of that installer also through TireRack makes it ALMOST as simple as walking in to a tire shop. I haven't tried a mobile installer yet but I may do that next time!

I've ordered from Tire rack on several occasions it's easy their fitment guide has been right even with odd ball vehicles.

Usually shipping gets expedited. Could definitely use that same levell of fast service again here as I'm in a pinch and belts are showing. Either way, Tire Rack always does right by me.

I have been using Tirerack.com for many years and have always liked the test ratings as well as the customer tire reviews and ratings charts. Today I was able to bring up 3 tires of interest. While there was not side by side test ratings for these tires, i was able to put the data into an excel document and found a clear winner.

Eloise was amazing at replacing the tires, they even went the extra mile and did a small diagnosis on my front axle. Which it was much needed, will bring my car to them next week for fixing.
