I dislike your standard practice of removing discount tire as a shipping option when buying non oem sizes that work with aftermarket wheels, there should be a provision for this to save time at checkout rather than having to decouple the system that notifies discount tire of my order and installation day

Overall tire purchase was great. Delivery was ok as 3 tires was delivered one day and last tire a different day. The "professional installer" was horrible. (Monroe) First the store manager was aggravated when I said I bought tires from tire rack and they were being delivered to his store. He said oh yeah those giant truck tires, listen I can't install them for $105 which is what Tire Rack quoted. I said OK or can you install them for he told me $180. At that point I wanted to go somewhere else, but the tires were getting delivered there so I felt stuck. I may buy tires from Tire Rack again, but will never use their professional installers.
