I ordered winter tires during the holidays and they were able to get them shipped ahead of the estimated delivery. After this, I realized I had ordered the wrong size tire, and they were able to setup UPS pickup at my home at no charge when I ordered the replacement tires. Customer service was an absolutely pleasure to work with during what could have been a stressful transaction.

At first the front and rear tires were reversed. It showed the rears for front size that was wider
