I was sent the wrong tire and told it was my error, even though I have the confirmation email of the receipt that shows otherwise. Then I was told that I had to pay to have the tire shipped back to bestusedtires. Will never use them again!

Although I like the discounting program that you put in place for your tires, I would like to recommend that you reduce the price of all your tires by about 20% I believe that you will see a significant increase in sales and your profitability should increase because you will not need to employ the tire discounting mechanism when a tire doesn't sell quickly. I realize that turnover is key to the success of your business and I feel that by reducing the initial asking price will help you achieve that important key performance indicator. Keep up the great work. I LOVE the free FedEx Ground shipping service (even though FedEx Ground missed the original delivery date, which was disappointing).
