1 Tire bust/imploded/deteriorated with 5 holes & dents on the inner part of the tire wall while driving 40 miles on smooth road. Company said I did it from hitting a curb or pothole. Yet I have no damage to my rims or sidewall of tire? Tire was on car for 3 days 75 miles on it. Filed with Papal they sided with the seller stating that I altered or repaired the tire? WHAT? Exactly how does 1 alter a tire & why or how can i repair a tire with 5 holes in it?///// OCT 2nd- Finally got tire off at tire shop. Owners says what the heck! & told me look inside the tire. Half the inside of the tire deteriorated to rubber crumbs. Tire mart responded that ohh the tire was purchased 6 months ago.(they was purchased late April filed claim in Late August so 4 mths) I had a long hold up on receiving the car until Late August. Tiremart's Detailed review? Company never touched or saw the tire in person only pictures I took after the blow out! Tire clearly has 3 days of thread usage as seen in pic (2) 75 miles of usage before the combustion!

I recently purchased 4 like new tires thru eBay. Only to find they were defective. First off, I read they were tested for leaks that was a lie. I went to the tire shop had all 4 put on drove home and the next day came out there was a flat. Changed the spare drove it back up the shop. Asked what's wrong they said there was a gaping hole under the tread(Siping). They filled it with slime. Drove it to the gas station, got some gas looked down at the wheel and the REAR tire had a bulge in the Sidewall. To make a long story short, the tires were not covered under warranty. I had to spend another $75 to order from another company. Very unhappy, this was a clear detect that happened days after installation.

Worst experience to date. I ordered tires august 2nd from my local location. Tires are to take 1-2 days max if you live 15 mi from bestusedtires, which I do. The tires are shipping from California instead of Pennsylvania and noone emailed or called to tell me that. As of today still no tires and they haven't even shipped. I called to cancel and was told I could not. Then I asked if the tires had even shipped as of August 5th and they have not. I have been a customer for years but will no longer be doing business with them for their lack of communication and horrible customer service or lack there of.

I ordered from BestUsedTires new tires. 3 day after someone call me and canceled the order for some issues.
In the chat;'' the tires that were supposed to be shipped to you were deemed unsafe for mounting and driving. There could've been an accident, had we sent you these tires.''...
There are not any tires left in those specifics that we can send you..."There was an unexpected error in these tires that were supposed to be shipped."

When i writing with them they were still selling this items at this time on web site.

I ordered my tires on the 21st yet they were not even on the way until the 26th. They promised two day shipping? When I call to find out where my tires were after losing a week of work I was told they would give me a $20 credit and an unexpiring 10% coupon for my next purchase from them? Do you really think I'm going to be purchasing tires from you again? Thanks but no thanks I give this business. 5 Stars for effort. Very disappointed

They sent a tire that had a baseball size repair and caramelized tread.

This was for my daughter's X5 that would be driven on sub-zero temp highways at high speeds. This dad wasn't about to risk it.

I requested a return label; BUTires REQUIRED I get an authorized tire expert to confirm my concerns. That appointment and work missed would have cost more than the tire itself ($75).

I've been unable to convince them to take the tire back for over a year.

They lie about their reviews, too. They claim 4.8 stars. But they wouldn't let me leave a review on their site.

Shady. Don't waste your money.

I received a tire with 8.5 tread when they promised a 10-11 tread depth. On top of that it also had cracks on it. Another problem was that it also wasn't tested, the tire came with 2 holes very close to each other that caused a flat tire and had to fix it by again going to the tire shop, ruined another hour before heading to work. It did save me about 60% had I gotten a new set of tires, but who knows if it was totally worth it. Only time will tell.

Bought 2 used tires from these crooks and never received them. They did a song and dance for 3 weeks (all while driving on a temp tire) before telling me that the tires were delivered and there wasn't anything they could do since they were 'delivered' by FedEx and I couldn't prove that they didn't deliver them. I wasted not only money on this horrible company, but also time. I hope your delivery goes off without a hitch, if it doesn't you will find a cold company not interested in making things right. *Negative 5 stars*
