I ordered a cooper tire on Friday. That night I received an email with shipping information. They going to ship it tomorrow--Saturday. Come Monday the tracking hasn't changed. The tire hasn't been picked up yet. I gave it another day. Tuesday- still no change. Quickly I shoot an email to their customer service. They replied within few hours saying the FedEx shipping status will change within 24hrs. That night fedex tracking started posting updates from picking up to in transit from one location to another and another. I received my tire Thursday night. Thank you best used tires! Awesome customer service.
