Website issues with populating the name during checkout. At first no last name appeared on shipping address so i went back and put my full name in the First Name field. Now my last name appears twice! Arrgghhh
Update: tire arrived within a few days. Looks to be as promised. I am having it installed in 4 days. I will know then if it is acceptable.

You web page on the item ******* description failed to disclosure that some tires item was professionally repair. I discovered the above mention once the tire was received. Unfortunately I needed to have the tire installed and could not have the pleasure of waiting for a replacement or credit. Please add the (Professionally Repair) info of the tires item page in an effort not to mislead the consumer.

Great service and easy to use. Only thing I didn't know was that besides being a bit worn some tires are plugged. That being said its done correctly and only in the center of the tire. I'm sure it's in the details I just overlooked it.

Very nice site, good savings, I hope the tires you send me are as good as the pictures I looked at.
Follow up after installing the new tires: 2 of them had to be repaired within 24 hours of installation. Both were losing air pressure and had punctures that were leaking. One had been repaired before, but was still leaking.
Tread was very good, and now that I had the two repaired, I am pleased, but didn't expect the extra aggravation. Especially because I had to take them for repair during the beginning of the recent snowstorm.
So far the experience has been ok
FYI: tires are shipped bare/unpackaged w ship label secured w string.
2nd time around and I tell everyone I know how satisfied I have been. Nice to deal with honest small business.
