I ordered 2 tires and I had them put on on Thursday. Friday night at 8pm I looked outside and the
Passenger side tire was flat. On Saturday I had to get a ride back and forth to work and I finally got
A doughnut tire put on. I went to walmart and they said that the tire had a hole in the sidewall and could not
Be fixed. I had to buy a tire at walmart. I spent 3 and a half hours at walmart over 2 days. I am very unhappy with the product i received because it cost me time and money. A tire should not have a hole in it when you buy it. Now I am out the cost of the tire, the mounting and balancing cost and my time. The whole experience has been terrible and beyond aggravating.

I ordered two tires for my wife car, they arrived as advertised in a timely manner and look as if they are brand new. I ordered the day before Memorial day and the very next day I received a coupon for $15 off. I called the following business day and they were more than happy to apply the credit. The credit hit my account the very next day and I received a confirmation email as well. This is not my first experience with Best Used Tire. Basically what I paid would have only bought me 1 new tire elsewhere. Instead I received two tires just as good as new. I'll continue to used their services should the need arise and would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting the best price.
