Website fast and easy. Live chat fast and easy. Phone help non existent. Company not able to tell you if tires have been patched nor does website.
I received a bad unusable tire and they made me send it back to get a refund so I had to buy another tire local because I couldn't wait another week to wait on another tire from them.

Great option for budget buyers
Had just the tire I needed...not a very common size...hard to find new much less used. Had one tire on a leased Cadillac that needed to be replaced before turned in. Saved me at least $190.00 finding a good used tire.
So far no problems. We'll see when I get the product if all is well.
