I live on the West Coast and placed my order at 5pm on a Friday, my tires were delivered on the following Tuesday The tire size I needed wasn't available locally, so I checked with Tire Buyer and they had the size I needed. Perfect fit! I will definitely buy from them again for my tire needs. Thank you Tirebuyer for excellent service.

I ordered a tire from them through Walmart. I then found one cheaper on line and canceled that order which they approved. I then tried to order the tire from another provider on Walmart at which time Walmart said there was suspicious activity on my card and canceled my order and put a hold on my card. Fine. Stupid, but fine. Three days later, I then ordered the tire directly through Tirebuyer with a different credit card, which was approved, and I have the order receipt and number, etc. The tire never arrived, so I contacted them, and they said it was canceled because my card was declined. This was a lie as there is nothing wrong with my card or my credit and the charge was approved immediately, hence the receipt. Apparently, they saw the same name and address and the previous cancellation and some lackey or bean counter decided to cancel that as well. When I asked them directly if they were refusing to sell me a tire, the rep said I should check with my bank. What ridiculous customer service. My credit is good, my second card was NOT on hold, and the rep was about as rude and condescending as they can get. Never will I buy anything from this company, and I recommend that others pay close attention to their customer service.

Company does not do their job properly, nor are they empathetic to their customers. Ordered 4 tires with installation fee paid. Company policy is they will contact the installers to set up the appointment-- a delivery confirmation was never received. Upon calling to confirm delivery, they had 4 tires on site... with no idea of ownership. No work order, invoice, nor payment was submitted to the installers. How do I look expecting a service and they have no idea what services were truly paid for!

To make matters worse, the installers did not have the proper equipment for installation. What does one do when all services were paid for? I called tirebuyer to explain the situation hoping they can just redirect me to another authorized dealer. Nope. They are unable to redirect your work order, despite the fact that they are working with companies who are not fully equipped.

Tirebuyer charges $66 for an installation fee which includes mount, balance, disposal & recycle fee --- which was paid for. But the SAME installer will charge over $120 for the same services to a walk in customer.

So, now I'm stuck paying double for the installation fees. Called off work for this and the company could careless.

Just be mindful of what you're getting into.
I am by no means upset with the dealership, Tirebuyer on the other hand? Learn to do properly service customers. I truly expected them to recharge me for a new installation fee at one of their other different locations. I had no problem in doing that.

So, best of luck to any of their future customers.

Tirebuyer is not ready to do business with customers in the modern age. I received an email receipt after ordering several days days ago on Tuesday with a 9 digit order number saying delivery is Friday. I have since received zero communication about when the order is coming or confirming tracking/shipping information. I logged into the tirebuyer website and there's no option in my account to see what I have previously ordered or information on it. I submitted a "contact us" email trouble ticket - but my 9 digit order couldn't be accepted since a 15 digit order number had to be entered so I had to add zeros to make it work. After I hit submit the same screen stayed active. So I hit it 3 times total and received 3 confirmation emails instead of advancing to a new webpage indicating the trouble ticket submission is successful. When I plugged in the order number and email address with the "find my order" option on the website it didn't work. Probably because my order number is only 9 digits. I called the 866 number and while the representative was friendly and helpful, they had to contact a warehouse to get shipping updates that they could try to call and email me with later in the day. She wasn't confident or straightforward in what the comminques for the order tracking and shipping info would be and how it's delivered to me. I didn't try the "chat with us" option and I wouldn't want to based off the disappointing results every other way I have tried to get my tracking/shipping information. Did I get scammed ordering from this company? I utilized it at the recommendarion of a military discount thru the ID.ME service. Now my impression is I paid $400 for a product that won't ship to me. I'm not sure if any potential discount is worth getting scammed. The customer interfaces and infrastructure in place by this company makes me think I did business with an illegitimate operation.

Tirebuyer is an excellent company and I have never had a problem using them. But, most important the Nexen Aria AH7 tires, are the best tires I have ever used!

Easy to find tires, good prices but cannot isolate tires by type. For example I would like to only see "All Season" tires but did not see a filter for that.
