The site was easy to navigate, the discounts were great. The check out was simple and the delivery was very fast.
The only matter of concern was with regard to shipping and the lack of product protection. UPS is efficient enough but very hard on packages. I have ordered from you prior and the tires (same make / model / size) were all plastic wrapped. Shipping a purchase of this dollar value and importance should have been better handled and with more regard for damage mitigation caused by poor handling. Tires are heavy, for some much harder to move than others and quite frankly it was clear these were thrown around more than necessary.
