I bought a phone from this site. When I order it it was stated that it is in stock. Then in a week or so they wrote on their site that it is on pre sale and that it will be in stock next week. When that date was reached they changed the date for another 10 days. When you write to them you get only short answer like ''please wait''.
Now I'm still waiting and i think that phone will never arrive and money refund is only a dream!
I always got good service and products from this company so I recommend it.

To be honest im realy surprised with all the bad reviews iv read, i think that becouse the people who had a good experience are rarely bother to write a review that why its likely you will see bad reviews more than good once but for me iv been buying from tinydeal and some other chineese stores since 2014 but mostely from tinydeal about 20 mobile phones and i never had a probleme except once and i was able to solve it amicably, i get my items about 22 - 30 days to morocco so i realy dont understand how all you people had such experiences and i didnt face it once in my shopping with them

I bought a phone which developed a fault well with in the guarantee period they are just not bothered couldn't care less attitude buyer beware they are not a very fair or honourable company to deal with The guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on
Tinydeal offered me "express shipping" (8-12 day delivery) for which I paid for just to find out that it was going to take all month to get to me, if it even does. I tried to email them and have receive no response other than a shipping address confirmation, auto responses telling me their hours of business, and advertisements. When emails failed to work I got in contact with a customer service rep who kept copying and pasting the same things over and over. When I finally got her to "help" me she gave me some stupid tracking number that didn't even match the original number given to me when my order "shipped". It says on my invoice that the order shipped on the 1st and she insisted that it shipped on the 3rd. She also proceeded to inform me that they answered my emails and when I checked all of my folders I didn't have any. I have been on them for days about my order and can not get a direct answer as to how to track my order correctly, how to get a refund, and why no one will answer my emails. The customer service reps also will kick you out of a chat with them at any time and will not allow you back on even though the site says they offer 24-7 live chat services. BE PREPARED TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE. It is infuriating to try and get anything solved. Do not order from this site!
Voglio parlarvi di questo sito dove ho fatto vari acquisti, tutto è andato bene fin quando non è sorto un problema.
Avevo sempre e solo effettuato acquisti di piccole cose, poi ho comprato un telefonino di bassa fascia... poco piu di 60 euro e... non arrivava mai solite mail di sollecito, risposte piu o meno precise alla fine si è scoperto che il pacco era stato bloccato per piu di un mese! Alla dogana in Italia.
Era stato bloccato perchè i signori di Tiny avevano scritto sul pacco che trattavasi di un mp3player con valore economico molto basso della verità, in Italia la dogana ha aperto il pacco trovato un telefono ed ho dovuto pagare ben 25 euro di tassa, non avevo chiesto a tiny di dichiarare il falso, morale ho aspettato piu di due mesi e mezzo per avere un telefono.
Ho chiesto un rimborso, anche come bonus per un prossimo acquisto, ma nessuna risposta.
Dopo circa dieci giorni di uso, il telefono non caricava più, cambiato filo, caricatore ma niente, caricava ad intermittenza e male, ho fatto il RMA per mandarglielo indietro in garanzia ma la risposta è stata che dovevo fare un video, postarlo su youtube... loro lo avrebbero guardato e poi chissa' cosa, le foto non gli sono bastate.
Trattandosi di un telefono di pochi euro, spendere circa 20/30 euro per spedirlo in Cina era poco conveniente... alla fine l'ho dato in permuta e ne ho comprato uno in Italia... il negoziante aveva detto che era lo spinotto difettoso...
Tiny pero' nel frattempo è scomparsa.Che serietà... aspettano il film... bah!

TinyDeal site is very misleading. If one go to the "Chat" on the top right screen of the website it gives you two options. One to chat with the team about certain product before buying the products and second one is to email the customer support to find out about your order. Today, I try to ask them about the product and also if there is spare parts on the product so I can decide. What the person on the chat did immediate was send me a link to email their support team. Well, I guess they do not want any business from my end. In summary, if you have doubt about the product you want to check before buying it is better to look some where else and not waste your time. The reason I am saying this because you might be getting something that might not be what you are looking for since the team can't even provide support on the product they sell.
It's NOT very cheap, You can find the Same clothes much cheaper, with the same quality.

I always buy my stuff online. I prefer paypal as paying method. I always got my money back when I opened a case, they are very good in responding to my questions. I wouldn't shop where I only pay by creditcard or banktransfer...
DO NOT think about buying from this website unless you want to get pissed off! They cancelled my order due to no stock and still they did not refund me after 10 days of cancellation! They didn't even comment of the PayPal case that I raised against them and they ignore most of my emails and if they respond they only copy and paste stupid auto answers!
This chinese seller is a pure crook. I have bought a cellular phone on Tinydeals site but this phone was totaly INCOMPATIBLE with North American cellular frequencies so I have to sent it back to China. Even if it cost me half the price of the phone to sent it back to the seller, they pretend not to have received it. So I have lost the phone, my money and half the price of the phone in postal fees. Big deal indeed!
So do a favor to yourself and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.
Ordered two items from them. First one was dead after couple of weeks. Second one was dead on arrival. Instead of send replacements or refund. They wanted me to ship bad items back to china using a shipping method with tracking, which is huge and cost much more then the value of the items. And even they didn't ship the items to me with any tracking in the first place (the shipping was very slow, took months BTW). Very dissatisfied! Think twice before you buy anything from them.
I asked "TinyDeal", express to write low value on package less than 20 dollar. But no, they do not even bother reading my order note? Not very nice way to make business. PostNL want from me explanation on content and value. This usually happens when the value on package is higher then 20 dollars. I purchased two gps watches on 8/6. Both watches are defective. I have been tirelessly working with one of their reps through email to try to resolve this problem. The turn around time for my emails is 24 hours, even if I respond 5 minutes after the rep emails me. I have been trying to get my issue resolved since 8/28. I am very unhappy with the resolutions that Crystal has offered. I can not believe this company would have me pay to ship back defective products. I have suggested I would be ok with an exchange for two new watches but was told I would have to pay ANOTHER $52. I have already paid $85 and I have received DEFECTIVE watches. I am disgusted with the customer service. I could understand if I changed my mind or just didn't like the watches, but this is not the case. I paid extra to have my order shipped faster and I still did not get it for over two weeks later. And now it is 21 days after I contacted them about the defective watches and I still do not have a resolution I am happy with. I simply want what I have already paid for, two gps watches that WORK without having to pay MORE money. I will not order from tinydeal.com again and will let others know that this is not a good site to order from. As far as I am concerned your have stolen from me. Dealing with tinydeal.com company has been a nightmare. I should have ordered through ebay.com at least they guarantee you will get what you pay for. TINYDEAL.COM YOU ARE THE WORST.
Bought 5 batteries for my quadcopter from them. They only sent me 3. After exchanging emails they agreed to refund me the difference. 2 weeks later they reneged But they wished me to have a nice day.

They wrote $32,- on a $17,- Item. They forgot return address on package.
Over 22 Euros handling cost 12,50+tax. Had to pay 19.16 imports costs on a 17,- item. I refused the parcel. No return address on parcel. I contact postoffice, no return address on packet means it will be destroyed. I have explained that to them in at least 5 mails, and all they reply is "when we get the returning package, we will refund you" Bad service, avoid this company at all costs!
I purchased 'miband' on 5/7/15 with post delivery option. Today is 16/8/15 still I have not got my item. I sent email and ask them.
But they just told me that you need wating for 3-4 week more. I was really upset and claimed them with delivery service.

"Not a good idea to buy from tinydeal. First, delivery was late. Then they have their ways of not backing the product they sell. I more or less gave away $150 to them on a tablet that only worked for a month. I took videos and all the other crap they wanted to prove the fault, then they ask you to take it to a repair shop to ask for a free diagnosis. No repair shops do that for free. Then they ask you to send it back to them, but the postal service that you can afford, will not send devices that have lithium batteries. Then they tell you to fix it yourself. What a fraud. My fault I suppose, because I was stupid enough to buy from them."

Never had a problem with a payment or shipping. Tried the customer service, was not easy to reach but handeled my problem right away.
If you ever have a problem with a product that you receive from these people be prepared for a long (and pointless) exchange with a barely-literate Chinese rep. They will reply to your emails exactly ONCE each day with the stupidest and nonsensical replies you've ever seen. Broken or non-working product received? "Please upload a video to Dropbox of the product showing what it is doing". Once you upload the video of the product 'not working' they will have a 'technician' review it and make suggestions. "Can you please shake the product?" "Please replace the battery and try again". Even if none of these things apply to the product you bought.
Once you have jumped through all of these hoops and they are totally convinced that they sent you a defective product, they will ask you to pay some additional amount of money to get it replaced. Ridiculous company.
