The tablet came from germany very fast, the keyboard and pen takes three weeks but that is ok for that long way. Good Shop

Paguei um telemóvel novo e recebi um usado e avariado, a caixa estava até rasgada.
Quando tentei reclamar era necessário fotos da avaria, deve ser para rir, não compro mais nada aí, fui enganado alguém no vosso armazém na Alemanha anda a brincar com os clientes.
O telefone já foi para o lixo que deve ter sido de onde ele veio.
Não vou fazer guerra por uma ninharia de 60 para mim não é nada, mas para a vossa empresa deve ser muito para fazerem o que fizeram.

I bought a Lenovo K3 Note cellular phone, with protection glass and transparent silicon case. After about 10 days, I received the phone, but no trace of the accessories that I've paid for. I sent an email at TinyDeal, asking what were wrong with it, and they said that there were a second parcel sent with the items.
They dispatched the first pack on May 18, that I received, but I never had the second package. I am very angry because I am forced to use the phone without any protection, since Lenovo accessories are not sold in my Country. After almost a month, I am still waiting for the second parcel, and they did not give me any tracking number to check my delivery. It was a really bad experience.

UPDATE:
After some dealings Tiny Deal has agreed to send me a new unit and I will pay $8 for additional shipping. I want to note that communication with seller was good and that PayPal was involved as well to help make a solution. Time will tell how this works out. Will update after item is received.
Original Complaint
Tiny Deal is no deal.
First off all of the stuff here is of third rate Chinese manufacture.
Second If you have to return an item you will find that the postage due will exceed to cost of your item in most cases.
Third If you receive a defective product you will have to give various hard to find numbers pictures and even VIDEOS to show that it doesn't work.
After the finally accept your claim they try to play lets make a deal to get more money,
My example,
I purchased a $17 item when it finally arrived (3 weeks) it was dead wouldn't do anything I contacted the company and after trading emails supplied various numbers, pictures and a video showing the unit and how it did not work at all.
After the company reviewed this info they agreed that the unit was defective and they would replace it if I sent them an additional $8 to cover postage for a new one. I stated that I would pay the $8 on the condition that they sent me a working unit first and upon it working properly I would pay the postage. They replied that I had to pay them first. I asked why I should pay first and possibly get another bad unit? They said that they would check it first and make sure it was operating. I said the when I purchased the first one it was supposed to be checked according to your ad.
At this point communication stopped and I have opened a case with PayPal to get my money back.
This has been a huge waste of time on a item that wasn't worth the original price to begin with.
I have purchased several items from Tiny Deal all of which after short periods of time stopped working and were thrown away... don't ask why I bought from them again... stupid I guess. Will NOT buy anything from Tiny Deal or even look at any of their ads.
BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR DOLLARS OR TIME.

They accept money through credit card not refund money if they not able delivery items.
They delay delivery above 180 days and will say will not able refund your than they start excusing to pay... They show on website just to deduct money from credit card and not delivery your items...
Avoid this web site.

Not interfering with a good design, site completely $#@!. I will start with the delivery - very long, often there are those that do not reach at all (if sent). Goods - very often happens fake, not quality or defective items. The very site and relevant to the customer - very suddenly. But the last time I finally - do not buy anything on this site! Update (June 2016) - Seller responded after my review. I've got a full refund. I'm updating now my review. The money were refunded with no questions asked about my ID or other information.

"Never buy from this seller! I purchased the item in October 2015. Since that time no item I was received. A very bad communication. They keep saying that item should arrive and then they ask me to get a written confirmation from local post office that I didn't receive it. But it was never delivered even according to tracking number! Why I have to run and prove that I never received if even the tracking number shows that! I was opening 2 times a claim through Paypal, but the seller somehow fooling paypal and show them someones tracking number, not mine, and I never seen from them a tracking number they show to paypal. To date, May 2016 I never received item and never got my money back ($158)!"

I never got what I paid for due to security reasons (the custom office sent the phone back to the Sender due to security reasons).
It,, never'' reached them back and they just offered 70% refund in TD points!
I kept writing to them almost every week for about 3 months. Finally, they got bored and refunded 80% in cash.
In the end, they are a huge liars and they should have refunded me the same day when I proved that I haven't received the item.
Keep as far as possible from them if you want to save your nerves
