Their not a good company whatsoever to shop for dont shop or order nothing here you will loose all your money and be broke because they wont even try to help or redund you whatsoever even if you dont have money you just lost money its a very very irate situation to be in especially when you paid a grip of money for an item you thought you could return. And even during this pandemic they should be more accommodating i would think from us customers willing and ready to buy from them but nope not at all. We shouldn't support them they will just go out of business just like other business from having no business and that would be on them from not helping customers even just just alittle bit by us customers spending our money.
I order online through the afterpay app some how they ended up taking the whole payment! I called them to see if they could cancel the order so I can try to do the correct payment method an they told me they would cancel as soon as I hang the phone up I get email saying my order have already been processed an they can't cancel it! I call back to speak to a supervisor an they're all in a meeting! I will NEVER shop with them again!
Sent me a broken and used Nixon watch that was supposed to be brand new. Will never buy from them again!
My son ordered a hat for my birthday. It didn't fit. I called to exhange it for a different hat and size. They said i had to return it and then buy a new one. I did return it per their direction and it took 3 phone calls and 5 weeks to get a refund. And to make it worse they charged me for the shipping - buying and return. Needless to say I would never do business with them again. They blamed the delay on a new computer system. Will find a hat somewhere else - who pays for shipping anymore anyway.
This company feels like their working with their postal service to scam their customers. It's absolutely ridiculous how they feel no remorse for customers that lose money trying to support their business. I useto be a big fan of the mall store, staff was kind and even offered me direct hire the first time I went in. Do not fall for their trends and low prices. I will never trust TILLY's as a brand ever again. So shady. The customer service reps of 2020 do not give a $#*! about you or your stolen package. I thought I was finally going to be able to rock some fresh underwear, pants and nikes. Nope. I thought.
They are not responsible for the FedEx Postnet service they hire. The only one who can file a claim is them. They will not file a claim because the driver said it was successfully delivered. The driver threw them in a dog pen instead of bringing to the door like all the other delivery people. I've never had this happen. Customer service refuses to help me with contacting the delivery service. I'm out money and no shoes for my granddaughter.
Unbelievably disappointed and I never write negative reviews, but I felt the need to warn others. I received my t-shirt today with no tag and looks faded and worn, even smells! Will not be ordering from this site ever again!
Even though they have a good selection of things Tillys will not refund or order the same items for you when u file a dispute for your package being stolen. Delivery services aren't any better. DO NOT GEY ANYTHING SENT THROUGH FEDEX WITH TILLYS!
Ordered something that promised delivery in 226 days it's been 14 and still no product and it says it went Federal Express which cannot be true because FedEx is always on time
This is absolutely the worst! This was the first time ordering from this company and will be the LAST! I ordered two bathing suits for my daughter they said it would be here in 5-7 days ok, fine great. However I noticed only one had shipped and not the other, so I called to see why one was shipped and almost here, and not the other. The lady from customer service said well it seems to have been lost in transition. My response was ok well was anyone going to inform me of this or is it a guessing game? I was then told the order would be cancelled for the second bathing suit that was lost and credited back to my card. Then a couple days later I got an email and banking alert saying my card was charged for the bathing suit that was "lost in transit" I immediately called again spoke to another customer service rep asking why my card was charged for something that's lost. She then told me I don't know why the first person told you it was lost when it just left our warehouse, I cancelled the damn order since it was lost but they still continued to send it, then the bathing suit that was lost I was told would be here on Tuesday then tracked it now it's saying Thursday. This company is awful and doesn't know what they're doing I will NEVER order from here again, worst service ever! The only reason they got a one star was so I can post this review!
I have made 3 individual purchases all have been bad. Let me start with first order I ordered 4 shirts I only received 3 and a women's blouse which i did not even order. Second purchase i ordered 4 shirts in the middle of the process of shipping tillys sends me a message telling me we don't have shirt that was ordered what a inconvenient incident. Now the 3rd and final order i will ever make from them i order items for a family member that was in town the items should have been here before they left now i have to return items to mall or by mail which is not convenient for me since i am 45 min from mall and No access to a printer to return items plus covid 19 has lock down on a lot of business in the area and tilly's will not compensate for their mistakes. Do not order from their website terrible customer service will not help you at any chance. If i could give them no stars or 4 thumbs down i would. Very crappy better save your time and breath you will not get anywhere with this company.
We ordered several items from their website but had to exchange a board shorts because of incorrect size so we went to 1 of their stores and have them reorder it with the correct size. It turned out they delivered the wrong size! It's just too inconvenient going back and fort from their store just to get the right size for a single board shorts.
Ordered online totaling around $200 ontrac was suppose to deliver and never did although they claimed to, Tillys took their word for it and didn't refund me a dime. Never buy from them again.
Placed an order for 5 shirts, take the free shipping because it's "Fast Free Shipping"... It's the furthest thing from fast, it's got to be the slowest possible shipping! Something ships on 5/9/20 and is scheduled to be delivered on 5/22/20. Checked the tracking number and I'm pretty sure they picked the hit every state in the US option. Contacted customer service and they just copy and pasted the shipping information from their website..
I've had great luck with Tillys. I've only ordered online, never been to one of their brick and mortar locations. I've found great prices on some Vans and some hoodies. If this had a half star option I'd give em 4.5 only because the filter options, and just some general slowness, on the website is lame. I write this mainly out of surprise at the low rating. I was looking online to see if it was a company I could buy stock in lmao
I get my clothes from here because the material is nice and it doesn't break the bank. I be looking fly.
I ordered my wife a pair of the grey Adidas U Path Runs on April 17th. Original delivery date was Tue 4/21 that changed to 4/22 then 4/24 and finally settled on 4/25. The shipment arrived and upon opening the packaging I discovered they sent the wrong shoes! I called there customer service number, which the individual on the other end sounded like she just rolled out of bed, and had zero luck getting it resolved. They said I'd have to pay to send the shoes back, pay for expedited shipping to get the right shoes sent, and then come to find out they're now sold out of the shoe I ordered and paid for. At this point I want to be reimbursed for my order to which the CS rep says could take up to 3 weeks. Never again will I do business with this company.
Was able to apply a giftcard with a 3.99 balance. I then put in my billing information and clicked accept. The website then said that I filled in something wrong and had to retype everything. It then said that my giftcard balance was 0$ and couldn't be used but I never actually placed the order at that point. I know it's only 3 dollars but I saved that card for a bag I really wanted not cool.
They canceled my order because "they're unable to ship it." Waited days for a confirmation email just to hear this. Already didn't like Tilly's, and now dislike them even more.

Answer: NO! I can't speak for the swimming suits, but I purchased a pair of shoes that turned yellow from some cheap glue or chemical used to make the shoes and they would not refund my money. Bought them knowing I shouldn't, because my sister bought a sweatshirt over this last winter that fell apart after the first wash and they wouldn't refund her money either. Both times we were told we shouldn't have washed the Garment. Who doesn't wash their clothing? When I washed my shoes I washed them on delicate, cold water, with a couple of towels and let them air-dry but they stained yellow all over from some ingredient in the fabric or glue.
