Never received order

I ordered my daughters backpack from Tillys and never received it. I called costumer service and was told that they would investigate, after a couple of weeks they told me that fedex had confirmed the delivery and that they were closing my case. This is the first time that I order something on line and do not receive it. This is also the first time I write a bad review. My recommendation is NEVER to buy at Tillys!

I ordered a watch from Tillys. A week later, FedEx still did not show the delivery day. I chatted online with Tillys agents and was told to call them for a claim dispute, which I had no idea why. I called and was put on hold for over an hour. Finally after giving up and choosing the option to be called back, I was able to talk to an agent who told me he would file a claim with FedEx to dispute for the package, and let me know the result after 7 business days. So, now Tillys and FedEx are disputing over the missing package that is not my fault. I can do nothing but wait. Tillys refused to send me a replacement or a refund at this point. This is a terrible service and a waste of time. This is the first and also the last time I purchase anything from Tillys.

They got really good shirts and pants but what bothers me and makes me really mad is that they say its a Large but when i come home wear it wash it it shrinks to like a small size most of my wardrobe is full of shirts that say size L but when you put them on they are size S i feel like they need to do something about that because it feels like im dropping money every two weeks bc i dont like wearing supper tight shirts im not being dramatic when i say that half of my wardrobe is full of small shirts and they look new af too i only wear them once and then boom its small i dont know if they do this so they can keep costumers coming back but im most definitely going to stop buying accessories or any type of clothing from there it's ridiculous

The absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I ordered a package weeks ago and they provided no tracking number, I had to call to find out. Then when I finally got a hold of fed ex they told me it won't get to me until another week when I was told verbatim in the store that I will receive the package in 3 to 5 days the most. HORRIBLE. Now I am stuck purchasing another gift at the last minute. NEVER AGAIN

I will NEVER order from this company again. Order was stolen from my house while I was out of town. Took way longer to deliver anyways, took almost 2 weeks. I waited daily for this package. Just to have not get it and them say there's nothing they can do about it. So now I'm out almost $200. Worst customer service I've seen in awhile. As I see for the reviews I'm not the only one complaining. This review has nothing to do with any particular store just the oy place I saw to review them. F--

DIRTY USED HOODIE

ZERO STARS! I ordered a hoodie from this disgrace of a store and it came on time but it was some type of crusty stuff on the inside. I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! If I could hit the owner with a smooth right hook then I would definitely do it and leave them slumped on the pavement!

My $100+ order was scanned as delivered to my front door by Ontrac (stores are seriously still using this delivery service?), but the package was nowhere to be found. There is no access to a front door at this address so it's not possible it was left there. After expressing my concerns to Tillys that I strongly believed my order was misdelivered (I get tons of deliveries here without issue, the house is monitored and we know our carriers and neighbors), I was told they'd investigate with Ontrac and get back to me. I separately reached out to Ontrac as well. The final word from both companies was that Ontrac's GPS showed the driver was at the correct location during delivery (they had no ability to provide me with proof of this) and Tillys backed them without question, accusing my package of being stolen and saying therefore they are not liable and nothing can be done. They immediately closed my claim without further action. A few days later a neighbor down the street who had been out of town discovered my package sitting at their address. Our USPS carrier returned it to me. So my neighbor and the USPS did what I paid Tillys and Ontrac to do. Be aware that Ontrac's GPS and drivers are not reliable and Tillys fully entrusts their orders to this system. Neither company will take responsibility to fulfill the service you have paid for. You will receive many canned responses from Tillys that they are not pursuing any action so take it up with your bank. I was almost scammed out of $100+ but thankfully I have good honest neighbors. I'm really regretful I spent my money with them but refuse to risk a similar ordeal to get my items returned. A hugely embarrassing and amateur quality of service from Tillys and I strongly strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.

I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this company. I tried to return a pair of white Vans shoes that were destroyed after washing, as per the items washing instructions: wash in cold water and allow to air-dry. However, after they dried, a yellow stain surrounded the rubber part along the bottom of both shoes, traveling up onto the canvas all around both shoes. When I tried to the shoes at the Tilly's in the Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno, CA, one week after purchasing them online with my original receipt, I was refused my money back and told I should not have washed the shoes. Unfortunately, washing garments worn on a daily basis is unavoidable, at some point. However, the day after I purchased the shoes, my puppy stepped on the top side of one shoe leaving a small dirt print. The dirty paw print washed off completely, but the they were ruined by a chemical or glue that was used to make the shoes.

I ordered over $100 merchandise from Tillys that never arrived. Tilly's sent a confirmation that Fedex delivered it, but it wasn't there, and there was no indication on my security camera. Fedex will allow the SENDER to make a claim, but Tilly's refuses. They know that Paypal will not investigate if they send delivery confirmation, and they lied to BBB saying they made a claim - but the customer service is so ignorant that they don't know the difference between a claim and an inquiry to Fedex. They just send a canned message telling you to contact your bank to see if they can refund you. AWFUL

I have been to numerous stores they have a wonderful verity of cloths for everyone to enjoy whether you like snowboarding, skateboarding, or surfboarding. At if you don't do any of those that's OK too. They have all the latest trends and brands with jewelry, stickers, shoes, backpacks and so much more go online for online exclusives to I will definitely be a customer for this store.

I ordered a pair of shoes last week paid $30 for overnight shipping still haven't received my shoes I called Tillys customer service website and they tell me they have 48 hours to send out the package from the day it was ordered I will never buy anything from this company ever again!

Thanks for stealing my money and then lying about it!

Worst Store

Tillys treats thier employees horribly. I walked in hearing one of the managers yelling at thier minimum wage employees. Everytime I go in there they are disrespectful. They never have good sales and they gouge you with high prices on cheap china made clothing. Choose to shop somewhere else where employees are treated better.

This board arrived with a fat splinter/chip and a scratch on the deck that clearly has happened before being shipped... I will never order from tilly's again. First time, last time. Bummed because I was planning on going out to skate today... never thought I would get screwed like this... sending return label and won't get my refund for 2 weeks! Talk about getting shafted. Never again.

Uninterested employees.

I normally really enjoys going to Tillys to get cute clothing but I went to a Tilly's store at 5 p.m. on a Tuesday, and it normally closes at 7. When I got there it was all gated up and locked, I looked inside and three teenage employees where sitting behind the register chatting. I went back to my car and called this specific Tilly's store, and one of the girls answered and said they closed early because of a shortage of employees, and their manager didn't show up to work that day. I am totally fine with a store closing up shop early, but rather than the missing employees calling ahead and saying someone needs to cover for them, they don't show up and the employees already at work decide to miss out on business, and get paid to sit around for two hours. That is really bad business and shows the integrity of Tilly's employees.

Rude to autistic child

I am highly disappointed about the employees at the Opry mills location in Nashville Tennessee. The employee requested my 12 year old son to put on a mask. I explained that my son was autistic and was unable to wear a mask even though we should not have to explain the exact medical condition. The employee insisted that we could not be in the store without a mask. My son left the store with tears in his eyes. Tilly's has lost a customer that used to enjoy shopping there for her teenagers.

Unable to fulfill orders

I ordered items on December 2nd. Site said order would be filled within 24-48 hours and shipped. Two weeks later and multiple calls to the service center, they said the items were now out of stock and the order will be cancelled. Should be noted that during the 2 week time, they continued to list the item for sale on their website. Will never shop here again!

This is more for a specific store in King of Prussia. I called about purchasing a new limited series Hydro flask on Monday 12/7 for a Christmas gift that just came in. I called the store and they said they could put it on hold. I ask about the price and they said it would be on sale on Friday when I could get $10 off for spending over $50. I thought this was a similar deal to another store and said it was ok to put on hold. I show up (Friday, 12/11) and the sales associate could not honor the $10 off as their store says it doesn't apply to hydro flask. I asked to speak to manager as I was not told that over the phone. The manager didn't even come up to register and said they couldn't honor the discount ij any way. Despite my saying that they lied over the phone and my saying I would go to another competitor with a similar price, they did not care. Happy to say that it was their loss as I received my hyrdro flask 2 days later at a discounted rate from their competitor. They would learn a lot if their managers actually cared for business and honored their employees mistakes. They lost me as a customer.

I have tried to order items several years and their system does not recognize certain address such as 111 county road 12 1/2 or 12.5 I have reported this again this year.
