I've read too, too many conflicting reviews about tidebuy, but based on my own experience I decided that it's mostly OK but I had my reservations. I ordered two prom dresses (pretty common, on good discount) It took them about a week to ship to me, granted I live closer to their warehouse than other parts of the countries. International orders seem to have the worst reviews but the dresses I received were nice. I would say, it's a great site for nice dresses but its split reputation has its reasons.

I browsed through some of the dresses and was amazed to see the wonderful variety of dresses. I wanted to buy just one dress but ended up buying three as there were some great discounts on the web site. Once I was done with selecting the dresses then they asked me to fill-in all the essentials such as size, color and material. After that all I was redirected to the payment page in which they asked me for the mode of payment and it was done. Once the payment was transferred I straight away received an email from best buy to conform the payment details. Delivery was also super quick and my dress was delivered within couple of days of placing the order.

Yes, at last I finally found it! For some months, I have been searching for the best place to do my wedding shopping. I finally discover tidebuy and I love the place. It is one of the fashion dress store why you can get the best as a woman. If you really want to look like under 16, then tidebuy is the best. This is my first time of visiting a shop and gets my choice of dress, shoe and bag at the same time. It is very unique and different from other store where you will have to book and come back for your items. Everything you need is always available and within your reach. You can never visit tidebuy and not buy from impulse. This is the reason why you need to prepare yourself before getting there so that you will not miss your favorite. I just bought my wedding gown and some other accessories there and despite that I make my bookings online, I received my order within the shortest time right at my doorstep. That is what makes me believe that tidebuy is real!

We ordered a dress on line and actually had a seamstress at a bridal shop measure my daughter. However, when we received the dress it was too big everywhere. We attempted to return the dress and were told we had to send in pictures of her in the dress and if they determined it was their mistake they would refund us. However, we had to pay for the shipping back and when we sent the pictures they said they did not receive them. Mind you, we had to take about 14 pictures and sent them to them 3 different times. We attempted to email them several times over and over and they continued to tell us they did not receive them. We finally gave up. I would never order from this site.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I would not even give this site one star if it were possible to give it none. My mom ordered me a coat from this site and could not have been more horrified with the entire experience. First of all, this coat took almost a month and a half to be delivered. The coat itself is GARBAGE. It's make of some kind of felt-like material, and the tooling had paper trapped between the layers which were extremely visible but impossible to get out without needing to cut the tooling to do so. Furthermore, the coat was small enough to fit a child... and here's the kicker... IT WASN'T EVEN THE SAME COLORS WHICH WERE REPRESENTED ON THE SITE. Instead of being a dark navy coat with light pink tooling, it was a bright blue coat with dark purple tooling. This color combination didn't even exist on the site! When contacting the customer service, my mom was basically told tough luck. They didn't care that it didn't fit, they didn't care that it was different colors than was ordered, they didn't care that their customer was extremely dissatisfied. They instead claimed that it was a beautiful coat and that we should be happy with it. What kind of a company does this? What ever you do, do NOT order from this site. You will not only be unhappy with your purchase experience, there's a good chance you won't even receive what you originally ordered, and will not be given an opportunity to return it!

These guys have the worst customer service ever! I wanted to cancel the order i placed within 12 hours of making payment, which makes me eligible for full refund, but these guys just dont reply back to emails...

I also tried opening up the dispute & they just send a general reply so that the dispute gets closed at their end...

I also tried to leave a bad review abt the same product but it never came up on the website, they have restricted bad /negative reviews so those never show up on the website. This is soooo shady. PLEASE be smart & DO NOT order anything from this website.

BE AWARE OF! I believe in the pretty wepages and cheap clothes of this company, and I received clothes of poor, poor quality, with defects in the fabric type. Also they sent me a jacket with wrong size (too small but with a fake label of XL, I had to measure it to prove them their mistake...) and wrong color. And I received another garment with a color that doesn't exist in the options in the their webpage! Scam! They accept their mistakes, but they don't want to change anything after I paid more! And they don't want to give me a refund! Terrible clothes, policies and customer service... Also, I wrote the bad reviews in their website but they never publish them, unethical!

*****SCAM*** Please read this before you order anything from this TideBuy!
My wife and 11 other bridesmaids ordered their dresses from this site and we got an email stating that the dress was 1/2 off and that expedited shipping was cheaper than standard shipping. They all ordered the same dress and all of them got charged different amounts.
3 of our close friends got their account information hacked and they all had charges from China. (We live in California).
We called to cancel our orders and the Asian lady who could barely speak english said they won't refund money because they have already cut the fabric> It was only 15 hours after we all placed our orders.
Do not use a Credit card and definitely don't use your Debit card. This place is a scam. And if you have to order one from This joke of a site then use paypal.

I wished their was an option for no stars because 1 star is a compliment. ***Please don't use this sight.****
