I bought some shoes which they claimed to be swede shoes but it was all fake and cheap material, before i could wear them, they had folding marks and soon will start to crack. Their customer service was not good, she kept on sending me new email instead of replying to my message such that this time my mail box is full of tidebuy emails which really irritated me and told her to reply to my messages but even that it was too hard for her understand. The overall experience was bad, i was told i would have my good in within a week but only had them amost a month later after my payment.
I tried to complain for a refund but i was told is that i needed to send them a picture of the shoes and tell them the problem, the material is wack bottom line. What pictures did they want? Very dissapoining client

A very badly managed and dishonest business that takes people's hard earned money and deliver garbage to them - unwearable, nothing as advertised, very poor quality (bags and clothing) and extremely bad tailoring. They DO NOT STAND BY by their products, they CLAIM THEY DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES, they DO NOT WANT TO REFUND and they just WANT TO FRUSTRATE clients until they give up!
