Seriously... I have an auto immune disease so I ordered a wig from this company.

It wasn't cheap and I saved money for a long dang time to afford it.

I received it WAY late, and to my surprise -- the colors are awful -- the wig looks like

It Won't matter HOW much you change the color -- it is an awful product that smells like -- I don't know --- garbage -- and you can tell that someone else has worn and returned it.

I am so disappointed. All I want is my money back and it seems that is an impossibility.

These people are a joke. If they were operating in The United States, they would be shut down immediately...

They are TRYING, and I do mean trying to replicate American products -- and they seriously don't even come close...

I know I'll never get my money back -- this has drawn out for weeks -- but I hope this post will help even ONE person not to be scammed by these people.

I am happy that i ordered my dress from it. It was exactly the same as advertised on the site.

I probably shop at Tidebuy.com twice a month (and frequent the store) and have been over the past 2 years. I've had nothing but pleasant experience with them. Their standard shipping is fast. I've also done returns and they have they BESTreturn policy out of anyone. They don't ask any questions, if you don't like it, even if you've used the items they will take it if you are not fully satisfied. I don't take advantage of this though, I've only returned only when I absolutely have to. Customer service has always been helpful to me. I love how they often have good deals. I just love tidebuy, definitely my favorite department store. Probably about 80% of my closet is fromtidebuy because they always have nice quality stuff! Love me!

Don't listen to the haters. Tidebuy is pretty great. In-stock status actually means something with them, and returns are easy and free. Also, the site is easy to browse.

I love that they have free and easy shipping with free returns.

I've bought accessories and clothes from them before, and it's always been a hassle-free process! I haven't had need for returns (although one time I did get something a size smaller than I had hoped for; but they still fit me anyways), and the quality of the items I got were pretty fair. I did get a studded headband from them once, and itwas a bit iffy as the studs seemed very, very loose. Other than that, I enjoy shopping from them!

I've ordered from this site 2 times and was very pleased each time. I think the best thing about tidebuy is that they offer really cute clothes at affordable prices. The quality isn't all that great for some shirts but for under 10 dollars, it's way more than a bargain. I love this site and I think it's perfect for college women who wantto dress stylish for less. I actually prefer online shopping because I find much cuter clothes and I don't have to deal with snotty employees (not that I ever have). But to summarize: cute clothes, cheap prices. I think for us women that's a perfect combination.

You can win against this scam of a company! If you paid with PayPal, contact and agent and they will file a claim and get your money back. If you ordered with a credit card, file a report with you bank and they surely will help you out. I was lucky enough to be helped by paypal. Hope the best for you all that have fallen for this terrible scam.

Tidebuy.com is a scam, I just ordered a wedding dress from them. It looks like the picture... yes besides the red and yellow stains, 2 rips, and unfinished stitch work on the flowers... when i disputed it and offered to pay to ship it back b/c they sent an email stating they could make another one... this was suddenly not an option and they threatened me with high shipping and customs cost. They also told me to "get it dry cleaned"< did not offer to pay for said dry cleaning... when i explained how that would not fix the rips or unfinished work they offered me a coupon on my next purchase... I told them, and did, report them to FTC. Now they want to refund me 10$... only for the stains, which at first was from shipping, but now its from being "in store" they can't even get their story straight and my bad review hasn't even shown up on their website. They should be bared from selling in the USA

The best way to shop for amazingly gorgeous dresses. The website is user-friendly, it allows for you to see detailed images and has customer service chat function 24/7. I have always bought my dresses online from tidebuy for the past 3 years now and have always been satisfied with the level of service, website ease of access, convenience and the quality of the dresses. I would highly recommend tidebuy as the best place to do your dress shopping :)
