There were several complications to overcome with our order for prom dresses. Several telephone calls and lots of advice from the staff enabled the order to be processed. Today it has arrived and I am delighted with the end result. At all times we have been kept informed on the progress of the order. The delivery arrangements were superb. The end product quality is excellent. I will be recommending the company to others and will use again.

Tidebuy has great sales, otherwise they're a little slow shipment for me. There clothing is great quality. Their end of season sales are the best of any site. I have a pair of athletic pants I've worn for 2 years and they still look great. I have always been please with my purchases and if not, they cheerfully refund you.

I bought a dress from this company and received it on Wednesday (11/5/14) as soon as I opened the package and held it up, I knew something was wrong. As you can see in the pictures, the "bulge" on the dress is where the beginning of the split is supposed to be. Contrast that with the picture that is on the website and you can CLEARLY see that is poor tailoring, not measuring on my part. And look at the lining & length (uneven) of the dress.

I've sent them 5 messages and haven't heard back from them yet. I did read some of the reviews and saw some reviews with the people wearing the dress that they ordered and I took a chance... let me help you... DO NOT DO IT! I'm about to proceed with legal action because they are now ignoring my messages.

Tidebuy is a great place for dress-addicts. I bought so many clothes there this autumn. One of them did not fit and the return was very fast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I cannot comment on just one order experience because I have made several purchases over the last few month. I love the free shipping both ways; there is no risk to buying at all.
The customer reviews on the Web site are always helpful; let's you know if the dress run wide, small, etc. Customer service is responsive and friendly. Besides several images of the dress from different angles, there are also videos with helpful information.

Tip for consumers: The only thing I would warn you about, if you place an order and standard estimated arrival is 10~25 days, be warned... My last order I placed on October 25th morning and the dress arrived the yesterday!

I purchased five long bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids from this website in last month, and all of these dresses are perfect and suitable for my bridesmaids who are absolutely stunning. These dresses are made of chiffon and fit very soft. Besides, the shipping was also fast, and the communication with tidbeuy was excellent. I would buy my wedding dress from this website.

One of the items I ordered and paid for didn't come. The sizes are small and not fit to the sizing chart. When ordering to Canada they don't tell you there is an additional charge at the boarder. Quality is poor. Long threads hanging out at the cuffs and buttons. Even one of the capes that is suppose to be one size doesn't fit in the shoulders. I would send it all back but then probably get charged for shipping again. Maybe ok for ordering for pre-teen or teens but won't recommend for adults. I would recommend not ordering from this site.

You need to order several sizes larger than normal because I'm normally a small/size 8-10 and I ordered a Size L
