I ordered a special occasion dress from Tidebuy.com. Before I did so, I checked their return policy carefully because I know some sites to do take returns on special occasion dresses. Their return policy clearly stated they will accept the return if you are not completely satisfied. Special occasion dresses were not listed in the short list of exceptions to this. I ordered a size 14. Now, Tidebuy is indicating they will only refund "at most 1/2 price" of the dress. Also they are telling me that the dress was custom made and so it can't be resold! I sent no measurements and was never any reference that I was ordering a customized dress. The dress has to be returned within 14 days, but I am in the US and they are in China... so as Tidebuy drags this out with emails, etc. I'm not sure how I am to return the dress within that timeframe. I have scoured their website for a mailing address and can find none. I am kicking myself for ordering from Tidebuy.com, will warn everyone I know against it, and will never order again. I hope they figure out a way to resolve this!

I really loved the workmanship on my custom dress from tide buy. I made requests to alter the dress to make it better suited to my beach wedding and I couldn't believe how perfect they made it! I did not have to bring it to a seamstress since it was a perfect fit based on my measurements. The beading was remarkable, the lace was soft and looked expensive and the was no stray stitches. I used their recommended petticoat for the dress and it make the mermaid style stand out very well. The price could not be beat -- especially given the value. The shipping didn't take long at all and the dress and petticoat was packaged very nicely. All my fears of ordering custom from China are definitely gone. At least from this website!

I ordered a trumpet lace wedding dress from Tidebuy.com after a friend suggested the site to me... I was quite quick to order and quick to pay online, and I've never purchased anything online... So, I was very skeptical of the quality, color and size after seeing some negative reviews. I ordered it to be shipped through expedited shipping. I got my dress yesterday, surprisingly earlier than the estimated delivery date... and as soon as I saw it, I fell in love with it... iy was very well tailored and the quality is over the top. Couldn't believe how cheap it was... It is a bit too large for me. But It's Ok I'll have it adjusted by a local tailor right before the wedding...

I was so happy to receive my order. The handbag was beautiful, packaged carefully and delivered in a normal amount of time. Of course I was anxious to receive it as soon as possible. This is my third order from TideBuy, I will be ordering again. If you want something for an event, don't forget to order early! I would love to order more colors of the beautiful handbag I got, but now it is out of stock. I recommend this company for great deals and quality merchandise.

I ordered a nice dress for a cheap price. The shipping didn't take long and when it arrived, the dress was exactly the expected size. I will surely shop on Tidebuy again! :)

I bought a bohemian style necklace and a mint green layered blouse from Tidebuy.com and I am pleased with both. I posted a picture of the necklace on Facebook and asked my friends to share their thoughts on what color blouse I should wear my new necklace with. I got about 12 answers. All agreed it was pretty. I got compliments on my blouse. I bought an X-Large blouse and it fit almost like a medium here in the US. The clothes run smaller than the clothes in the US. I am pleased with both items.
