Really disappointing.
I ordered six items on December 2 nd
I haven't received any of them. Christmas is one day way and I have to go shopping again. Can you please check on this I really need to know what is going on. I hope to hear from you i have been try to contact you but nooooothingggg.

I am so pleased with my purchase. The dress is as per the picture and fits beautifully. Quality fabric and easy to wash and wear, and no ironing needed.

I have ordered evening dresses for a few years from tide buy I think they are excellent value for money and along with great designs I ordered this sparkly dress in red to take on a cruise in the new year I am very short size 16 hour glass shape and I can say I have never been happier with the dress I received as they made it to the exact length I required so it fits me perfectly it was delivered to me within 2 weeks.

I ordered some stuff and some of it hasnt arrived at all. And out of what did arrive. One pair of boots has a broken zip! After i had to pay another £15 in customs tax just to recieve the parcel...
Their message system is on a loop so not getting anywhere... its just a nightmare. I will not ever get anything from them again. Really fed up now!

The dress is beautiful! Good quality. Looks like I paid twice the price for it! Very happy. I am on an overseas base, so I expected to wait a long time- (which is why we ordered the prom dress early) Delivery was faster than expected. Fit was as expected.
The problem with this company is that their delivery times are atrocious as they totally misrepresent them when you first place the order. While you may think you are paying for expedited shipping that appears as delivery in 3-4 days; it actually will take 7-10 days first for them to even process the order THEN another 3-4 days to ship.
Worse than this, when you try to contact them, notice that you really have to dig deep in their website to even get a customer service email address. Their website links are circular meaning as you click along to get to a contact address, you will end up where you started for most of the steps simply adding to the frustration. I finally found their email (*******@tidebuy.com). However, I had to return the order since it came way too late beyond my event date to use. When I contacted their customer service they first continued to try to get me to keep the order continually asking why I wanted to return it and witholding information about how to return until I blasted them by way of a nasty email. At this stage, I am so frustrated with them as I just learned that for an $80 order of two garments, they don't have a method of sending an RMA so that I have to pay individual international shipping costs that are going to cost me $45 to ship the items back to them for only a $60 refund, since they only refund 80% of costs. RMA numbers would mean shipping back at their corporate rate (mush cheaper!) but they won't do this when they could simply be deducting the ship costs off the refund amount. Honestly I don't trust them right now with all the ridiculous back and forth in emails and their lack of cooperation that they will even give me a refund and not worth spending another $45 to discover I can't get any of my money back from them. I strongly recommend you DON"T order or use this company! Terrible company to deal with.

I took measurements of my daughter, and based on her measurements ordered a size 6 dress. Was told the dress was custom and would only receive half my money back. I sent them NO measurements, ordered sizes on the website. How is that custom made?
Hard to get ahold of anyone, let alone a reply. Very disappointed!
