Had never used before and was nervous because I wasn't able to get the tickets until 8 hours before the show. They were concert tickets at MLB ballpark so the tickets were available via the MLB APP. I was paranoid something would go wrong - but it didn't. Got the tickets as promised and whenever I emailed customer service with a question via email they got back to me with a helpful response within 24 hours.

I don't pay exorbitant fees for tickets. I'm good with not attending an event than paying more than $5-8 and up for fees. My grandson told me about TickPick, it was easy to use and we loved the concert. Didn't know it was connected to Ticketmaster tho. I don't like to be forced to use Ticketmaster
