My experience with Tick Pick initially was EXCEPTIONAL. But when it came to the interjection to Ticketmaster was horrible. The instructions were incomplete and non informative of the actual step by step of accepting the tickets to day of showing ticket at the event. This needs to be corrected and simplify the process with Ticketmaster. The ticketmaster process to the Peach Bowl app was very confusing and convoluted. Use the K. I. S. S prices of Keep It Simple Stupid should be followed for greater customer experience and satisfaction. SIMPLIFY the ending process
Seats I purchased were considered clear view, however when we got to the venue they were anything but. Had a sound tent and huge lighting tower blocking view of the stage, even when standing. I had contacted Tickpick customer service in advance of the show because tickets in my row, just a few seats over from mine on either end, were listed as limited view. I found it very odd that somehow my seats also wouldn't be obstructed. I was assured the seller gave no indication I would have anything but a clear view. I'm not sure who is at fault here, but at the price I paid it was very disappointing to say the least. As someone directly behind me said "it feels like a bait and switch".

I liked everything about it, although having to wait until the last minute to get the tickets was nerve-wracking. Even worse was the fact that they won't let you save your ticket to your phone wallet. Why does every other service allow that but you can't? What happens if you can't get a phone signal at the venue? You can't use your ticket, no matter how much you paid for it. I know this because I tried to view my tickets from Penn Station in NYC where Verizon had a poor connection and my tickets weren't available even though I had received notification that they were delivered. So I had to travel to the concert venue with no confidence that me and my two companions would be able to show our tickets and get in. That seems quite unnecessary.
