After support trying to reach the proper department and get an explanation, I was able to retry the purchase abt 15 minutes later and it went through fine. I suspect it was a timing issue since my account was created during this session. Had to give 4 stars instead of 5 due to it not being a prefect experience.
I've used TickPick to buy last minute tickets to dozens of shows. Sometimes so close to the show that the tickets are still transferring when I reach the arena. I have always had a great experience with them and in the few times I've needed assistance before a show was able to reach TickPick and resolve issue. TickPick doesn't add on a service fee so the price you see is the price you get (+ Tax). Great service... will definitely use it again many times in the future.

If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well.
