Was in New Orleans for a quick trip and have been watching the show ticketsto Shamboozy Once I got finished eating some oysters I saw that the show itself was right next-door. Got in for $11 and had a amazing time.

The experience was ok, but not the wow we expected. We got at the TickPick landing 2 hours before kick-off. We started with food, which was typical crappy and tasteless stadium food: hot-dogs, chicken fingers and mini hamburgers. Cookies was the only sweet piece of food. Very disappointed with food quality. Also disappointed that food was only served through the first half. Bar: good service and selection. Expensive, but not out of the ordinary for an NFL stadium. Never waited for more than 2-3 minutes for a drink. Field Experience: this was the main selling point for us. Sadly we had to wait for over half an hour before being able to access a limited stretch of field for about 10-15 minutes. The idea is good but it was way too crowded and difficult to enjoy. Please keep in mind that you should RACE after the experience to get back to the tickpick landing lounge. Lounge: Even though we were once of the firsts to exit the field and pretty much raced back to the lounge, all the line of high chairs on the edge (the ones giving you a view of the field) were already occupied (and believe me they stayed for the whole gameā¦). The issue is that you have a Terrible view from anywhere else (and i am 6foot3). It was essentially impossible to watch the game directly. Situation was so annoying that we ended up leaving and grabbing 2 empty seats in the section right below. All in all, would not
Monitored the event I wanted and finally tried to get tickets when I landed in the US. Had some issues due to VPN and Hotel WiFi. Messaged the team at 6am and by 6:30am they messaged back with the solution. Got my ticket, promptly received details for mobile delivery. Saved over $400 on UFC pricing. There was an issue with my email being unable to receive the tickets. Once I was able to get my tickets, there was no barcode (barcode will be available prior to game is what it said). Except prior to the game I still had not bar code. I actually had to go in line and get the ticket kiosk to send me the tickets via text. Prior to this I called support, they kept me on the hold the entire time (game had already started). This may be a one time issue as I order another set of tickets and they came through immediately. T I was very worried we were getting ripped off. Instead, thanks to wonderful young woman in Toronto for all her help I was able to see the ball game. The young lady on the phone who kept me on hold the entire time was of no help (she should be the one correcting the issue).
Great concert awesome venue everything is easy access and the staff are polite and professional very helpful. The arena doesn't have any blind spots and the sound system is great. Definitely going back to Ruoff in the future

We saw Megan Moroney at the Greek Theatre and the tickets were so easy to get. All it took was a quick double tap of apple pay with no extra fees. The only reason i give it a 4 out of 5 stars is the fact (I think depending on who your buying from) you have to download another app and sign in through that too to access the tickets. The other app also was complicated but I was confused on why it had to be done and I couldn't just get the QR code scan on the app.
