We're the original no-fee ticket site that guarantees the best prices on tickets to live events.
TickPick generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, particularly for its competitive pricing, user-friendly app, and transparent, no-hidden-fee policy. Many users appreciate the smooth purchasing process and timely ticket delivery, contributing to overall satisfaction. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in cases of ticket transfers and cancellations, where some customers experienced frustration due to delays and insufficient support. While many expressed willingness to use the platform again, enhancing communication and support during critical transactions could further improve the customer experience and address recurring issues.

Great last minute tickets via TickPick. Seller was quick with delivery as well. Highly recommend using the service and will happily use again.
Awesome as always. Tick Pick is awesome. I always find the best prices with Tick Pick and with Zip Pay it makes it even more a great experience.
"Bought " tickets to the D-Backs-- Dodgers game at Chase Field on 4/25. The Tick Pick website showed the order "Placed" and "Confirmed". 1 hour before the game I still had not received my tickets. Called customer service; they tried to reach the seller, and could not. Offered me tickets far inferior to the ones I had "purchased", which I declined. I will not be using them again. If it's not a scam, it's pretty darn close!
I never write reviews. Seriously I think this is my first one but that is just now and bad my experience is using this appl/website. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought 2 tickets to the Bruins Coyotes game on Saturday night. TickPick took $362 from me and they double sold the tickets. I was denied entry at the gate and then they wouldn't refund me cause "the seller has proof the tickets were transferred." Even though when I got there and went to the box office they told me the seats that I bought were transferred to an entirely different email address. Basically called me a liar. Embarrassed me beyond belief on Saturday night with my date who I told I had tickets to the game. Don't buy tickets from TickPick cause there is a good chance you'll go there and not be able to get in. Customer support is useless as well.
Perfect transaction, quick and flawless ticket exchange.
I've tried selling on here but they don't have their own website to transfer tickets. You have to send them to the buyers email which if you sell tickets you know that's going to bite you when they find cheaper seat or can't attend. They just say you never sent them or that they can't download them. Never had a problem with StubHub or Ticketmaster because you send them to them and that's you part of the deal. I've been contacted by email several times telling me to resend the tickets because the buyer can't figure how to download them or lost the email. I just got a email saying that I didn't deliver 2 tickets which sold for 326$ Also I owe 489$ for the costumer so he won't give them a bad review and the inconvenience. I sent them proof of transfer and they said it didn't matter. -815$$ for tickets I delivered scam! And they charge the same to sell your tickets as other sites 15% I have had zero problems with any other sites I sell on. So I would not sell anything on this scam website.
The fine print is that once you purchase a ticket - the seller has 48 hours to decide if they want to actually sell it to you. Meanwhile you are just stuck waiting and have no choice. All the while other tickets are being snapped up and prices going higher and higher.
Their terms only protected the Seller and Buyer does not have any protection beside you are buying addition pay with insurance. I bought a ticket that had exclusive access but when the Seller delivered, it delivered a regular ticket which is like 30% lower than what I was paid for. Because the seller delivered a ticket thats 2 row in front of what I paid for, this would consider as upgrade in "Tickpick" term. This is ridicules service, where people can replace with another type of ticket that you can get elsewhere to fulfill your order
I was nervous using the system but everything went off with no problems
The price you see is the price you get at check out instead of using other sites and they all have different fee prices that you don't see til you check out. With tickpick it's straigh forward. Plus they offer payment plans. Use them twice so far this year.
We had a wonderful time at the game and TickPick has the best pricing and selection on the secondary market!
I got my tickets within hours, even ordered 2 more the day of the event and received them within hours in my email. ALSO! Best prices i found.
TickPick is usually my go to app for tickets. But your re-sellers are true scam artists! I paid $125 on a $30 ticket! That is insane. And the ticket was not for a Beyonce/Ariana type artist. TickPick should set better standards on pricing for resellers. I don't want to feel scammed just because i bought a ticket a little too late
Got to see Clark drop a career high. It was sick. Juzang and Riley were out but #34 and clark picked up the slack. Saw #34 (not sure how to spell singelton?) hit a couole big threes his freshman year against Washington State and have been follow him ever since. Love that hes a local kid too. Dropped 6 threes against Washington this weekend when i was there. What a dog!
It is great using TickPick for ordering tickets. It is very easy and convenient plus there are no extra fees and it's straightforward.
Excellent experience. My kids and I was very thrilled.
My friend and I bought the Vancouver Canucks tickets February 6th, 2022. The day before of the game they email us and said the game got canceled. We never got our tickets. Clearly the game was not canceled because we have Check the Vancouver Canucks website etc.
We are now waiting for our refund and I Doubt they will give us back since they never give us out tickets. So please don't waste your time and money because you will get nothing out of it.
I purchased Rage Against the Machine Tickets for a 02 April event. When the event was postponed, they refused to offer me a refund. Since I'm active duty Military, I am unable to attend the postponed event on a new date. It's criminal for a customer to purchase a service from a vendor on an agreed date, and when the company is unable to deliver on that agreement, they refuse to refund their customers. Will never do business with them again. Be aware.
Answer: Hi there, Great question! So as a secondary marketplace where sellers are listing their tickets for sale, the tickets are typically sent electronically via a primary platform such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Account Managers, or SeatGeek (just to provide a few examples). Of course, this is dependent on the venue/event organizer.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.
Answer: Hi there, You are free to list your tickets on as many platforms as you wish. Please keep in mind, if your listing sells on TickPick you are locked into fulfilling the order. If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well. If they sell on TicketMaster and you do not remove your listing, and then the listing sells on TickPick you will be held responsible to provide tickets to fill the order as well. You will need to monitor your listings/sales very closely to ensure you do not end up with what is called a double-sale.
Answer: Thanks for reaching out! The delivery of the tickets depends on the venue and if there are any delivery delays. We guarantee they will arrive in ample time, 24 hours prior to the event being the latest. Once your order is confirmed, you will get an email with the expected delivery date.
Answer: Hi there, Account surrender means the seller has setup an account that houses the tickets, they would then provide you with the login credentials and you would need to login to the account to view and access the tickets using the login credentials from the seller. It is a valid and safe form of delivery and only used when the event organizer has turned transfers off for that particular event. All sales are backed by our Buyer Trust Guarantee so even with Account Surrender orders, your order is safe and protected by our guidelines.
Answer: Yes, all of our orders have a buyer trust guarantee. If you have any issues with the validity of tickets on your order, you can contact our customer support and we will work with your seller to ensure you have valid tickets for entry at no additional cost to you.
Answer: Hi there, I apologize for the delayed response from our team. Sometimes, if your delivery date isn't until 24/48 hours before the event takes place would be because the tickets are being held and not transferable yet by the venue itself. It is very common for the venues to hold a delay on releasing barcodes to prevent fraudulent tickets from hitting the marketplaces. This is an added security measure out of our control. One of the many reasons you can rest assured with our Buyer Trust Guarantee! We have a dedicated fulfillment team monitoring all orders as they get closer to their "In-hand" date and we will offer replacements whenever possible if the seller misses their deadline to deliver. You may get the tickets before 10/29 so continue to keep a close eye on your emails and let us know if you have any questions.
