Had tickets through a competitor and they never arrived. Had to search last minute and found an amazing deal through TickPick! Tickets came immediately and effortlessly saving the day and making the experience unforgettable!
I ordered Toronto FC (soccer) tickets through Tickpick and thought it would be a seamless experience. But once it came time to accept/redeem tickets, the link sent me to the Toronto Raptors Ticketmaster portal, along with someone that sent me Toronto Raptors tickets. The first was a legitimate email, and the second appeared to be a suspicious email. The strange part was that both emails came at the exact same time. I gave this review a two-star, because Tickpick customer service responded in a timely manner, and helped to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, the time spent locating the tickets was excessive. The tickets went to another and separate Toronto FC Ticketmaster, for which I had no clue that this portal existed. Stranger was how the tickets went to a separate email address (different from the email address I used to create a Tickpick account). Frustrating experience overall. It was a good thing that I ensured the tickets were ready to go before the event, as it had taken 2 days to get this resolved.
My first time buying from tickpick. Got last minute tickets to see All American Rejects/ Jonas brothers for an affordable price! I was tracking the event and TickPick had the best price so close to the event so decided to to give it a chance and was not disappointed. Love that there are no fees so the price was what it was upfront and the tickets are verified. Received my tickets very quickly and had an amazing night. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

We had an unexpected weather event, and this team was Johnny on the spot alerting us to our options and such. We were offered a partial refund for an abbreviated tailgate (which we opted for) or a full refund if we wanted to cancel. The ONLY issue was the tailgate spot wasn't identified as to which tent number, so we wandered a bit before finding our spot. But it was a fantastic deal for the cost. We will absolutely look you up at our next visitor football trip! Can't recommend highly enough.

As usual everything was seamless regarding ticketing transfer and the purchasing experience. Dodger stadium completely dropped the ball on the parking, which was a total S show. TickPick did not provide this though and so I have no complaints. My only critique would be the section mapping and exact seat location. I would prefer to see exactly where the seat number is in the section or possibly a better legend for the numbering of each section.
Everything went smoothly. Any queries were answered within a day. The mobile tickets were delivered via link one day before the concert. Everything was perfect!
This was my first time using Tickpick and I got pit tickets for the Laufey concert at Madison Square Garden and the the price of the tickets were so worth it. So much cheaper than Ticketmaster

This tour was amazing. We learned so much, toured the locker rooms, press boxes, commentators booth and the suites. They also had us in the tunnel, lined up as the team does when they enter the field. They played the music and lit the tunnel the same as the players get. It was a really cool experience.
