High fees! Fees were 1/3 of the total cost of the tickets. Makes me want to skip live events. For a digital delivery, that is ridiculous. Door dash fees are a fraction of that for a human to deliver food.

Shortly after I made the purchase, I received a phone call from someone asking me if I would consider changing seats. I feel this in not professional to ask someone this. I purchased 8 tickets for my friends and we chose the seats we wanted. It wouldn't be easy to switch 8 seats.

I purchased 4 tickets to the Kountry Wayne Comedy Show in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Those tickets were sold to someone else without me even knowing. When I called customer service, they tried to see if they could find me tickets but UNFORTUNATELY, the show was sold out. I had to travel from Alabama and my family traveled from Georgia. I am a little nervous about placing this order. (Even with insuring the tickets)

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
