Someone buys the tickets from Ticketmaster and resells them to you.
Things are never as easy as buying and being done any more. Through selecting the ticket, asking for some weird resale insurance, and "service fees" the cost was inflated and the process was unnecessarily long. Through several confirmation emails, and sign ins through ticket master it was truly a miserable experience to purchase a concert ticket. Would not do it again but really what choice do we have these days

This was the dumbest experience. I confirmed my ticket purchase and didn't know there's a whole other step in getting the tickets. And they can't find my tickets I don't have my tickets.

I was kicked out of making an account as well as having software issues.
I called the help desk and it took the representative and myself almost 30 minutes to get an account set up due the problems that replicated themselves for him too!
He was very patient and helpful, though.
