When I logged onto the Whitney Houston Voices original website to purchase tickets for the concert, I unknowingly was redirected to the "ticketsonsale" website thinking I was on the official "ticketmaster" website. I unknowingly was purchasing tickets from another person selling their tickets on this platform, which resulted in additional transfer fees of $52 (upcharge) than if I had just purchased tickets directly from "Ticketmaster". In addition, I would have been able to choose better seats for a cheaper price on Ticketmaster. Once tickets are purchased on this "ticketsonsale" website they are nonrefundable. You then receive an email from some unknown person and have to respond to this email by clicking a link to accept the person's ticket transfer over to you. Although the tickets are real, this whole process was very confusing and a complete SCAM to have customers spend extra money for no reason. Will never use this site again!
