Easy to use but sorta sketchy buying a ticket that isnt delivered immediately. I already had an axs account from previous shows. If you have the ticket, why not just send it so it doesn't seem like a scam? I have bought a fake concert ticket online before, but I'm hopeful the ticket I bought here is real. 5/5 if real 0/5 otherwise
Directions were adequate but I had to troubleshoot on my own. Tickets not sent to MLB it to Ticketmaster. When I signed on to a chat there were many questions only to find out they could not help and that I would need to call the next day. Poor experience. I hope the game is worth while.

Only two sections were available and no map to indicate where the seats were. Only 2 seats together were available and I needed 3. Bought 2 but could not get a single so had to buy two more. Lots of emptly seats throughout the arena so we moved. Will never buy on line again as the price at the ticket booth was much lower but I was anable to attend when I decided to go. Expensive lesson but won't be repeated.

The process was very easy, straight to the point, from the research to the paiement, i have nothing bad to say!
I chose 4 seats at $36 a seat which was $144 worth of seats but ended up paying $193 total. So I paid almost a seat and a half more for the 'convenience' of buying online. It's absolutely asinine and an example of why people hate companies like yours.

Actually, I didn't know this site was an American site. So when I paid, I thought it was Canadian dollars, but I was embarrassed because it was US dollars. Anyway, it was okay to buy tickets.
